 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any individual or subscription service ("Service") provided by Synergy Sessions CoWorking ("Company"). By purchasing, subscribing to and/or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription

1.1. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") specified at the time of subscription. The Subscription Fee is subject to change with notice provided by the Company.

1.2. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by you. The renewal will be at the current Subscription Fee unless otherwise notified by the Company.

1.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for partial or unused subscription periods.

1.4 . Subscription sessions are available on a monthly basis.  Any unused sessions will NOT be rolled over form one month to the next and will be forefeited.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for the Subscription Fee (or individual sessions) is due at the beginning of each subscription period (or individual purchase).

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription or session.

2.3. In the event of non-payment or declined payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or session.

3. Use of Service

3.1. You agree to use the Service solely for your personal use and not for any commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by the Company.

3.2. You agree not to share any login credentials/links or otherwise provide access to the Service to any third party.

3.3. You acknowledge that the Company retains all intellectual property rights to the Service and its content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Privacy

4.1. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found [link to Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications to Terms

5.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you by email.

6. Termination

6.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your individual session, subscription and/or access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.  This includes, but is not limited to threatening or inappropriate interactions or requests made within the Synergy Session or via other forms of outside communication (email, social media, etc,). In this event, no refunds will be made or alternate sessions will be booked in future. 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.

7.2  The Company does not guarantee any outcomes or results.  Those are based entirely upon the time, effort and attention put out by the client and are the client's responsibility.  

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado and USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By subscribing to our monthly Service or purchasing any single session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
